How can i tell if im bipolar?

ok i get rlly moody for no reason. like today i was sitting in cl and all the sudden i just felt so sad like commiting sucide(but i never would) . on some days certain things piss me off that normaly wouldnt. and plus my mom and my gma on my moms side r both bipolar. is thier like a test or sumtin i can take?
