Why is there a redish underline under my ?

I dont wear a bra, and im 11. even though i dont wear a bra , i kno my size, its 32A. i am not fat. why is the red line there? Its exactly 1 inch underneath my s. is it tht my sit on tht line or somthing? plzzzzz help!!!!! why is the line there?
