I got a 1993 Honda Accord Sedan not with an F22 but with an H22 Prelude motor, will it be fine for smog?

I live in Southern California, and I have the 93 Accord Sedan LX and i took out the F22 motor (ORIGINAL) and stuck a H22 prelude motor. Same 2.2L as the F22. Will it p smog? What're the so called laws and regulations, I know that there is no more illegal smog for u can get ur license tooken away and serve up to 10 years in jail. Say I report it to the DMV and tell them that I swapped the engine what would happen? Hope you can help. thanks!
