Been at company for 8 years. Put up with alot of stuff, what should I do?

We can't tell you whether to stay or leave. We don't know you, we don't know what you're able to deal with in the workplace, we don't know if you have a fallback position. You can either stand it there and put up with it, or leave. Either way it's your call.
