Im confused whether my ex still love me or not..?

I coupled wit him around 4yrs,v decided to get married soon but things screwed up when he got to knw I talked to my ex,v dont hv any wrg conversation,i told him v r goin to get married n stuff n he too has his own life(my ex)..he(my bf) even insulted me in front of his fly telling all this..past 2yrs v had an issue,i went out with a guy n he saw it when he sent me bck home,but that was because he nvr care o show his love to me,he hurted me to the max..but the nxt day he met up the guy,n settled evythg..i was the gave the num coz he was so hurted till sent to hospital coz so tensed up..i love him more,so I did dat..but till now he nvr forget it..he even told dat infront of his fly..tis is to hide evythg..im wrg I admit,but I promise im true to him..i met up with him last week..v went out,he hugged me,kissed me n been like usual but he tell v wont b together aft tiz,i wun change my mind..i dun wan mis him,he is a nice guy,my fly likes him too..wat shal I do now,shal I wait..will he come back to me,pls help ..
