Is it racist to have a confederate flag or a swastika tattoo?

i see confederate flag every where when i visit the south. i live in san francisco california and have not seen someone anyone driving around with a confederate flag on their car or hanging it on front of their house yet. most of the people who has the confederate flag in the south are white people. i want to know if those people are racist or if they just dont want to admit that they are racist but they really are. im sure most people would say its not racist to have a confederate flag or have a swastika tattoo. if its not racist to have a confederate flag or a swastika tattoo then would you go to the ghetto neighborhood in oakland, compton, richmond, long beach, inglewood, or any ghetto neighborhoods with a confederate flag or walk around without a shirt displaying your swastika tattoo and wont get shot at? btw im not white so i dont have a confederate flag, swastika tattoo, and i do not claim white power. and no im not a racist i just hate racist people
