Muslims, Christians and Jews...a question for all with due respect ?

Muslims believe in all three Mohammed (PBUH), Jesus and Moses......but Christians and Jews don't believe in Mohammed.. ..so where does it leave them if they ended up wrong in the afterlife? (serious answers please)
