Educating Traffic rules and responsibility is not done when we get our driving license. Also lack of education is a cause of breaking pumpkins in the roads. We lack moral and social responsibility and this is the cause of this chaos. A person applying for driving license has to attend a cl at least for a week or so, so that he or she learns the rules, moral and social responsibility.
