What are the races of Latino/Hispanic?

The original were white Europeans. The term Hispanic seems to have combined all races now losing its true meaning. Mestizos, blacks, mulattoes, mongrels, and even Mongoloids can be Hispanic. Hispanic is the new definition of human.
