What do they think could have been on the "Watergate Scandal" tape(s)?

All the tapes have been recovered except for 11 seconds. The 11 seconds were obviously Nixon personally calling for the cover up of the Watergate break-in. There was enough incriminating evidence without the 11 seconds so Nixon (very different from Roosevelt, BTW) to resign from office before he was impeached. The tapes caught Nixon making anti-semitic remarks, swearing and saying insulting things about his supposed friends.
