Where can i get a dresses for Bar/Bat Mitvahs?

Help! I'm 13 and i just got invited to my friends Bn'ai Mitvah! I have no Idea where to get my dresses for the survice and the party that night. Where could i find good and apporiate dresses for a 13 year old? Help!?
