Why does no one ever mention any Republican positives here?

Is it because they don't have any? No plan to fix health care, no plan to fix the economy, no plan to address global warming? As far as I can tell, all they've done since Obama took office is carp about how bad the Democrats are. Or is it that the Republicans don't have much of a record to run on? Two failed wars, an economic meltdown, bridges to nowhere, scandals in Congress and the White House, Katrina, and party affiliation among the public down to 17%?
