How can people ever get along?

Almost everyone differ from everyone else in term of beliefs. Some are liberal, others are conservative. Some are Democratic, others are Republican. Some are religious, some are atheist. Some believe in evolution, others believe in creationism. Some believe humans have races, others believe humans don't have races. The list goes on and on and on.... How can people ever get along? Or will they just have to agree without been disagreeable?
