POPTROPICA! help, now!?

my brother is stuck in super POW er island. he is in this room, it looks like it has brown mud all around it and yellow columns going up and down all throughout it. there is a woan and a man inside it, dressd in all white. there is also a brown door looking thing, and on the other side, there is a sign... it says SECURE MEDICAL BAY. it has red green and purple ons... i have the keys for the slots under the ons but i cant get there because of the door. no one will talk to me, and i cant customize myself... there is also a nurse on the other side of the door... HELP! its driving us nuts!
